Plain Information Report and does hereby recommend to the Colorado

Water Conservation Board that said Board designate and approve as

flood hazard areas those areas set forth in the report as being sub-

ject to an intermediate regional flood;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Con-

servation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado,

this lst day of April, 1970, that it designate and approve as flood

hazard areas those areas described as being inundated by an inter-

mediate regional flood as set forth in the Flood Plain Information

Report for Boulder Creek and South Boulder Creek in Volume II,

Boulder Metropolitan Region, Colorado; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board

is directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the

Boulder City Council, to the Board of County Commissioners of

Boulder County, and to the Denver Regional Council of Governments.
