I think one of the princi- <br />pal things I could report is that they don't <br />like our draft of the legislation in support of <br />the Closed Basin Water Salvage Project. They <br />have promised to submit their objections and <br />criticisms to us and then we will try to get <br />together to see if we can iron them out. <br /> <br />It also seems that Larry is going to report I <br />on the John Martin Reservoir pool so I won't <br />say anything here about that. <br /> <br />The last paragraph of my report deals <br />with the suit or the attempt to get the united <br />States before the District Court of Eagle County <br />
