our project investigations program. The first
category is the Colorado State Water Plan and
our cooperation with it. The state has embarked
on a water plan study and we are assisting with
that. Meetings have been held with your staff
and the work has been mapped out and we are
getting under way with it.

We have going into its final phases the
comprehensive surveys. The chairman of the
joint state-federal group is Mr. Goslin of the
Upper Colorado River commission. That work is
proceeding into the stage of documenting the
results of the efforts up to date and it will
be a good starting point for additional broad
area planning.

In our feasibility studies we have first
the Basalt Project. There is a correction on
the report here under the 'a' item. Robie tells
me that at the Ashcroft site there has been a
substitute for it. It will be changed in the
specifics of that project plan. the new site
is called Castle Creek. Our report is scheduled
for completion a year from this coming December
on Basalt. This, of course, relates to the
yield at Ruedi Reservoir and some other complex
questions.

The next item is the Bluestone Project.
At the Mount ,J.oqan damsite we are proceeding.
We have a draft of the report and we expect to
have this pretty well done this fiscal year.

The next is the Grand Mesa. The feasibil-
ity report here which will cover service to
these lands you see is due at the end of this
fiscal year.

We are getting under way on our Lower
Yampa. This project is our name for what has
been called the 'Juniper' before. We have a
feasibility report scheduled some years off in
the future.
