We do not want the loan de-authorized. We still need to get
the projed completed to meet state requirements.

We have been working with ICON Engineering, rnc and Penn Gildersleeve on the
Feasibility Study. He did one in 1987, and an update is in the works for the year of 1999
and it is almost completed.

Things that we wish to accomplish this next year is to get a decent road built to get up to
the dam. The next projects that we have planned as the next priorities to complete, is the
dam head repaired, the spiil way carved out, and the concrete beam put in place. And if
anything else needs to be completed we will try to get it accomplished as soon as
possible.

~,//~

James E.
