The State Engineer has placed a storage <br />restriction on the reservoir until an emergency spillway is completed. The Riverside Reservoir and Land Company <br />contracted with W.W. Wheeler and Associates of Denver to prepare construction plans and specifications. The State <br />Engineer's office and the Riverside Reservoir and Land Company are currently evaluating alternate spillway sizes. <br />Construction of the project is currently on-hold, pending resolution ofthe spillway size and downstream property <br />issues. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />
