A <br />Program Task Verification meeting was held June 29 and 30 at the DOW offices. <br />Discussion items at the meeting, attended by DOW staff, CWCB staff, and FishPro staff, <br />included: <br /> <br />Project Objectives <br />Permitting <br /> <br />Project Budget <br />Facility Start-Up <br /> <br />Communications <br />Project Administration <br /> <br />Project Schedule <br />Operation Plans <br /> <br />Tasks I, 2 & 3 of FishPro's "Scope of Work" (attached) are scheduled to be <br />completed prior to the September CWCB Board meeting. These tasks will outline the <br />project objectives, develop a facility site plan, and develop a preliminary operational plan <br />and cost estimates. This information will be presented at the September meeting prior to <br />the Board's decision whether to execute the project MOU between DOW and CWCB. <br /> <br />Mr. Tom Nesler, DOW Native Fish Species Coordinator, and Mr. Ed Frazar, DOW <br />Chief Engineer, will present to the Board in Telluride the project objectives and the <br />preliminary task information developed at the June 29-30 meeting. <br /> <br />Cc: <br /> <br />Eric Hughes, DOW <br />Ed Frazar, DOW <br />Tom Nesler, DOW <br />
