The site is at the northeast corner of the <br />point were W. Belleview Ave crosses the South Platte River, The easement is for the <br />placement of a storm sewer pipe to convey the storm water runoff from the project when <br />developed, We anticipate that the pipe (llbout 24 inch RCP) and easemeht will be <br />similar to that of the CWCB easement for the Riviera Electric building immediately to the <br />north, A map of the vicinity is attached. I have been in contact with Mr. Joe Busto, and <br />he has forwarded to me the Easement Request Application for our use. <br /> <br />It is our understanding the next Board meeting has been set for November 19th and 20th. <br />It is our intent to submit the completed application and meet with you onsite in order to <br />be on the agenda for this Board meeting, If you have any questions or need additional <br />information please call me at 303 773-1605, <br /> <br /> <br />eying, LLC <br /> <br />Cc ..
