That eight big-game crossings be con- <br />structed across the upper one-half of the <br />canal to preserve historic migration routes <br />for elk and mule deer above the areas to be <br />irrigated. <br /> <br />9. That the Yellow Jacket and Josephine <br />Basin Canals be modified to include sections <br />where big-game animals may escape if en- <br />trapped in the canals. <br /> <br />10. That releases from Ripple Creek <br />Reservoir be 100 c.f.s. from April through <br />September: 60 c.f.s. or the inflow, which- <br />ever is less, October through March. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />11.
