Upon the comple- <br />tion of their evaluation of the features of <br />the project, they made up the statements and <br />presented them to our Game, Fish and Parks <br />Commission, as you will see there, on October <br />3rd and 4th. I can't tell you for certain <br />which day; I wasn't present at the Commission <br />meeting that date. At any rate the sheets <br />you have are true and exact copies from the <br />minutes. We'll go through these for the bene- <br />fit of those who don't hQve copies. <br /> <br />The preliminary report of the Bureau of <br />Sport Fisheries and Wildlife concerning the <br />Yellow Jacket Project was moved by Mr. Getz <br />and seconded by Mr. Combs that the Commission <br />concur in the preliminary stipulations pre- <br />sented in the Bureau of Sport Fisheries and <br />Wildlife report, with the additional recom- <br />mendations regarding stream flow as listed <br />herein: <br /> <br />'1. That Ripple Dam and Reservoir be <br />constructed with a minimum pool of 3,000 <br />acre-feet, substantially all of which is to <br />be added for fish conservation. <br /> <br />2. That Lost Creek Dam and Reservoir <br />be constructed with a minimum pool of 2,500 <br />acre-feet, substantially all of which is to <br />be added for fish conservation. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />3. That Thornburgh Dam and Reservoir <br />be constructed with added capacity for a <br />minimum pool for fish conservation. <br /> <br />4. That the Thornburgh Reservoir oper- <br />ation provide the active storage to replace <br />
