<br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC RULEMAKING HEARING <br />BEFORE THE <br />COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD <br /> <br />SlJRTRCT <br /> <br />This is a notice of a public rulemaking hearing before the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board (CWCB) for consideration of an amendment to the Rules Concerning the Colorado <br />Instream Flow and Natural Lake Level Program, 2 CCR 408-2, The amendment implements <br />H,B, 05-1039, which amends Section 37-83-105, c.R.S" the statute that authorizes the CWCB to <br />temporarily acquire water rights for instream flow use under certain conditions and in <br />accordance with specified procedures, The proposed amendment is set forth below, A redlined <br />version of the proposed rule showing changes to the current rule is posted on the CWCB' s <br />website at http://www/cwcb.state.co.us.
