The BLM documented that a natural environment is present in the fonn ofa brown trout fishery.. <br />· Based on the BLM's biological recommendation, flows of7,75 cfs, summer, and 3.5 cfs, winter, are e <br />necessary to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree, <br />. CWCB staffhas conducted a water availability analysis and determined these amounts are available for <br />the Board's appropriation, <br />.
