Carr, Chairman of the Board, not being present at the <br />beginning of the meeting, Vice-Chairman Chris Wallrich called the meeting to <br />order at 10:15 A.M., Deoember 22, 1942. <br /> <br />The agend& for the meeting was distributed. <br /> <br />The minutelf of the meeting of the Board on September 16, 1942. having <br />been previously distributed to the members of the Board for reading and revie~ <br />such minutes C8.W~ up for formal approval. <br /> <br />It was moved by Judge John B. O'Rourke ,nd seconded by George <br />Bailey that the minut.es' of September 16, 19~ be corrected so <br />that the third paragraph thereof be amended to read: <br /> <br />"After discussion it was moved by Vena Pointer and seconded <br />by M. C. Hinderlider as follo~:" <br /> <br />That 0.8' so amended "nd corrected the minutes. be approved as read. <br /> <br />The motion was unanimously carried and declared passed, <br /> <br /> <br />The Director called attention of the Board to .. claim made by the <br />owner of a horse which became injured and was subsequently killed, through the <br />advice of a veterinarian, on account of becoming entangled in a wire fence <br />surrounding a gaging station constructed and maintained under an agreement <br />between the Colorado Water Conservation Board and the Bureau of Reclamation. <br />
