Stream and Lake Protection Section - Authorization to Proceed to Trial- Case No. 5- <br />02CW403; Application of the Upper Eagle Regional Water Authority <br />Tape 2, Track 3 02:57:50 - 03:00:57 <br />Action: A motion was made by Don Schwindt and seconded by Eric Wilkinson to <br />approve staff's recommendation that pursuant to ISF Rule 8j, the Board authorize <br />Staff to proceed to trial to protect the Board's instream flow water rights on the <br />Eagle River, and to allow the Board to discuss litigation strategy and potential <br />settlement parameters with Staff and the Attorney General's Office in executive <br />session.
