Stream and Lake Protection Section - 2006 New Appropriations - Little Cottonwood . <br />Creek and Beaver Creek in Moffat County <br />Tape 2, Track 3 00:34:05 - 01 :27:32 <br />Action: A motion was made by Eric Wilkinson and seconded by Russell George to delay <br />action on forming an intent to appropriate instream flow water rights on these <br />two streams until the January 2007 Board meeting. The motion passed <br />unanimously (8-0). <br /> <br />25. Stream and Lake Protection Section - ISF Subcommittee Recommendations <br />Tape 2, Track 3 01:27:32 - 01:29:38 <br />Action: A motion was made by Tom Sharp and seconded by Carl Trick to concur with <br />and establish the rotating basin-oriented approach for processing new <br />appropriations for instream flow appropriations in accordance with the <br />memorandum dated March 21,2006.
