<br />RECOMMENDATION (Rescind 1996 Recommendation) <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The staff, having reviewed the Board's discussions at the January 25, 1996 CWCB meeting, feel that <br />Methods I, II and ill all provide viable means for determining an assessment for the usage of the State <br />of Colorado lands within the South Platte River Channel Project Right-Of-Way as administered by the <br />Board, The staff further recommends that the Board endorse these methods, <br /> <br />The attached form, Exhibit A, will be used for recordkeeping, <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION (2005) <br /> <br />The staff having reviewed the March 6, 1996 Chatfield Downstream Channel Improvement <br />Project Easement Fee Structnre recommends that the Board rescinds the 1996 Recommendation <br />and approve the proposed, npdated fee structure dated May 13, 2005. The 2005 <br />Recommendation approves Method I as stated in 1996, A new Method II - Impact Method and <br />Method III as mended in 2005. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Flood Protection.
