~tr. Stapleton: And then when we get what we have, we will take a
look at them.

Mr. Sparks: With the understanding that by June of each year that
those projects will be presented to the board for its consideration.

I

~~. Stapleton: I see no disagreement with that with the members of
the board.

All right, Larry, just as a timetable on that. How long is it going
to take you to get that up?

Mr. Sparks: What we would like to do is to have a tentative publica-
tion covering all of these subjects before the next board meeting.
We would like to have the next board meeting sometime in late March.
We have another very thorny issue coming up on the Dolores project.

Mr. Stapleton: All right, keeping in mind, I think we would like to
have thirty days to review it and circulate it. What list would it
be circulated to, Larry?

Mr. Sparks: It would go to our A and B lists.
Colorado Water Congress Advisory Committee and
requested this specific information.

That would be the
other people that have

~tr. And straighten that
out because right now I think we are all confused on that. You will
have that all laid out?

Mr. Sparks: For state financial assistance for experimental projects
we don't recommend any formula for it. This will depend on each proj-
ect. The others, we do have a specific percentage.

~tr. Stapleton: Is there any further discussion on items 2 and 5? If
not, I would like to turn again out of order, to the Attorney's report,
and ask him to report now.

I

Mr. Moses: Thank you, Mr. Chairman. I apologize, I have another
meeting I have to go to at noon.

I am happy to report that the referee in Water Division 5 has approved
all of our applications for instream water uses which were fileq on
behalf of the board subsequent to the board's authorization at the

-20-
