That blank was the

Colorado Springs Shooks Run Flood Control project.

XR. JACKSON: Hhich one was that, please?
MR. McDONALD: Between line 16 and 17 of the bill
there's a blank, Bob. The blank is because there is a

deletion.

MR. JACKSON: Okay.

MR. McDONALD: And the deletion is of the Colorado

Springs Shooks Run Flood Control project, which as you

recall, we debated at some length and we recommended to

the legislature that it be based on a loan as opposed to

a grant.

That eventually proved unacceptable to the City of

Colorado Springs and they withdrew that project through

Representative Ray Powers.

The next amendment which was made by the legislature

is Priority Item No. 14. He had not discussed the Terrae

Reservoir Valve project, which reservoir is do.m in the

San Louie Valley.

They came in late in the process. They have some-

thing of an emergency situation. Jerry, am I correct,

they're under restriction?

.

.
