However, <br /> <br /> <br />at this time, our plans for these improvements are <br /> <br /> <br />incomplete and we would therefore request that the 1 <br /> <br /> <br />million dollars in financial assistance for Montrose be <br /> <br />deauthorized and the funding be given to one of the other <br /> <br />app licants . <br /> <br /> <br />"We will most likely be submitting an application fo <br /> <br /> <br />financial assistance in the fUture.
