McDONALD: Let me proceed to another matter which <br /> <br />was offered by way of a floor amendment in the House to <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Senate Bill 67. <br /> <br />It failed in the House. The Senate and <br /> <br />the House conferees would like to go beyond the scope. <br /> <br />One of the items they would like to include in going <br /> <br />beyond the scope is the following language which I shall <br /> <br />simply read. It would be a new section to Senate Bill 67 <br /> <br />entitled "Research Authorization." <br /> <br />"There is hereby authorized to be expended from such <br /> <br />monies as are available to the Colorado Water Conservation <br /> <br />Board construction fund the sum of $200,000 for water <br /> <br />resources research in the Colorado Water Resources <br />
