They also would <br /> <br /> <br />like informal Board reaction to that this morning. <br /> <br /> <br />And then thirdly, the memorandum which is in your <br /> <br /> <br />folder, as well as the one that was mailed to you <br /> <br /> <br />earlier, also in your folder, addressing the question of <br /> <br /> <br />whether or not there are additional projects which the <br /> <br />Board might want to authorize in light of the fact that <br /> <br /> <br />legislature, having appropriated $40 million to the <br /> <br />construction fund next year, has created a temporary one- <br /> <br />year situation in which we have monies that are in excess <br /> <br /> <br />of the projects which we presently have scheduled for <br /> <br />construction. <br />
