My <br /> <br />recommendation was a repayment period of forty years at <br /> <br />a 4 percent interest rate, this being a municipal supply <br />system. <br /> <br />If there are no questions from Board members, I <br /> <br />would move that we recommend authorization of that <br /> <br />project to the legislature. <br />HR.
