This is a rural domestic water supply <br /> <br />system. The project was originally to have been <br /> <br />constructed entirely with local impact assistance funds. <br /> <br />However, when the construction bids were opened, <br /> <br />oh, six -- six weeks ago or so, those bids exceeded, due <br /> <br />solely to inflation, the fnnding which the Department of <br />Local Affairs had allocated to the project. <br /> <br /> <br />And I might note in passing that local impact <br /> <br /> <br />assistance fnnds are administered by the Department of <br /> <br /> <br />Local Affairs. We, however, handle the engineering on <br /> <br />those projects by virtue of an agreement with them. <br /> <br />That's why our involvement. <br /> <br />At this point in time the Department of Local Affairs <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />
