The meetings were <br />conducted in an open house format with 16 graphic display boards organized in the following <br />groups: <br /> <br />I) General CWCB conference booth providing background information on the <br />agency's role and authorities in Colorado water planning; <br /> <br />2) CRRRS study process, procedures, and schedule; <br /> <br />3) Types of infrastructure anticipated in the project (e.g. river diversion options, water <br />treatment, water storage, pump stations, pipelines, tunnels, and hydroelectric power <br />generation); and <br /> <br />4) Environmental and land use issues. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Greg Hoskin, Eric Wilkinson (Frisco meeting only), Catherine Gonzales and Mike Serlet <br />representing the CWCB, and Steve Dougherty (ERO Resources) and Blaine Dwyer representing <br />Boyle Engineering, facilitated small group discussions during the meetings. Several local and <br />regional newspapers and television stations covered the meetings, including the Los Angeles Times, <br /> <br />Flood Protection. Water Supply Planning and Finance.
