<br />CACHE LA POUDRE PROJECT FEASIBILITY STUDY: <br />REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS <br />(Proposed for Adoption) <br /> <br />Introduction <br /> <br />S.B. 439, 1981 Session, authorized the Colorado Water <br /> <br /> <br />Conservation Board (CWCB) to conduct a feasibility study on, <br /> <br /> <br />among other proposed projects, the Cache la Poudre Project--"an <br /> <br /> <br />integrated project upstream of the town of Fort Collins on the <br /> <br /> <br />Cache la Poudre River" (see section 7 of the billl. The CWCB <br /> <br /> <br />will utilize an engineering consulting firm to conduct this <br /> <br /> <br />feasibility study. <br /> <br />The purpose of this "request for proposals" (RFP) is to <br /> <br /> <br />specify: <br /> <br /> <br />(1) the services which will be required, <br /> <br /> <br />(2) the content of the proposal to be submitted by each of <br /> <br /> <br />the three or more firms selected for discussions <br /> <br /> <br />pursuant to section 24-30-1403(2), CRS 1973, as <br /> <br /> <br />dmended, and <br /> <br />(3) the criteria which will be utilized by the CWCB staff <br />in evaluating the proposals and ranking the firms as <br />required by section 24-30-1403(2), CRS 1973, as <br />amended. <br />
