<br />UNA RESERVOIR <br />REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS <br />(Proposed for Adoption) <br /> <br />Introduction <br /> <br />S.B. 439, 1981 Session, authorized the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board (CWCB)" to conduct a feasibility study on, <br />among other proposed projects, the "Una Reservoir--a dam and <br />reservoir on the Colorado main stem upstream of the town of <br />DeBeque with the reservoir extending no further upstream than to <br />a point just downstream of Parachute Creek" (see section 7 of the <br />bill). The CWCB will utilize an engineering consulting firm to <br />conduct this feasibility study. <br /> <br />The purpose of this "Request for Proposals" (RFP) is to <br /> <br /> <br />specify: <br /> <br /> <br />(1) the services which will be required, <br /> <br /> <br />(2) the content of the proposal to be submitted by each of <br /> <br /> <br />the three or more firms selected for discussions <br /> <br /> <br />pursuant to section 24-30-1403(2), CRS 1973, as <br /> <br /> <br />amended, and <br /> <br /> <br />(3) the criteria which will be utilized by the CWCB staff <br /> <br /> <br />in evaluating the proposals and ranking the firms as <br /> <br /> <br />required by section 24-30-1403(2), CRS 1973, as <br /> <br /> <br />amended. <br />
