Newly-appointed members of the Board -- Judge Dan H. Hughes of
Montrose, A. E. Headlee of Monte Vista, and JohTI A. Cross of Loveland and the re-
appointed member, George J. Bailey of Walden, were introduced. It was announced
that their oaths of office had been signed, and were on file in the Secretary. of
State's office. Copies of the Executive Order certifying their appointments were
presented for the record as follows:
