to repay advances for construction of Hoover Dam
and Powerplant, with interest, except for the allo-
cation to flood control.
1. In addition, the States of Arizona and Nevada
each receive $300,000 annually from revenues in
the fund, and $500,000 is transferred annually
from the Dam Fund to the Colorado River Develop-

money for operation and maintenance must be appro-
priated from the fund by Congress in annual appro-
priation acts.
