M. with all members <br />in attendance. <br /> <br />IVlR. PETERSON: <br /> <br />"Mr. Chairman, I would like, when we <br />vote this time, to request that it be by <br />secret ballot," <br /> <br />IVlR. MOSES: <br /> <br />"Any objections? Since there are none, <br />it will be by secret ballot, I appoint Dean <br />Crawford, Mr. Marshall and Mr. Nelson as <br />tellers of the votes." <br /> <br />Ballots were distributed to the members and then <br />after the members had cast their votes, gathered by the tellers <br />who retired from the meeting room to count the vote. <br /> <br />IVlR.
