The motion for tabling the <br />Resolution has passed, seven to three. <br /> <br />Dean Crawford, is there some way we <br />could get distribution of this Resolution <br />to interested parties?" <br /> <br />After discussion as to the method of distributing copies <br />of the Resolution, the Vice-Chairman asked for a motion to cover <br />action of the Board on same. <br /> <br />MR. CRAWFDRD: <br /> <br />"I move that we distribute this Resolution <br />to interested parties and the matter be set <br />for action on same at a meeting of the Board <br />at any early date." <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />IVlR. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />"Second the motion." <br /> <br />Upon vote, the motion was carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MR.
