"I move the acceptance of this sug-
gestion."

GOVERNOR JOHNSON: "The motion is that this contract be
negotiated and entered into between the
attorney selected, the Attorney General,
the Governor-elect and the Director of
the Board. It has been moved and seconded.
All those in favor say 'aye';:opposed the
same."

Upon vote, the motion carried unanimously. ;

~m. CRAWFORD:

"There is one paragraph of this con-
tract which I should like to call to your
attention and that is the agreement on the
part of the attorney which reads:

'To give first party's work precedence
over all matters and to be ready to repre-
sent and advise first party at the time
and places indicated by first party, or
its Director.'"

GOVERNOR JOHNSON:

"I think it should remain there.

Mr. Moses was called back and asked if ha had any-
thing he would like to say at the time. Upon his negative
reply. a roll call vote was taken on the selection of an at-
torney to the Board. The vote was as follows:

For Felix Sparks: Mr. Nelson, Mr. Peterson, Mr. Williams,
Mr. McCandless, Mr. Kelly, Mr. Burr
and Governor Johnson - Total 7.

For Ray Moses: Dean Crawford, Mr. Stapleton, Mr.
Marshall (voting for Mr. Wunsch by
his proxy), Mr. Miller, Mr. Moses,
Mr. Dunbar, Mr. Whitten - Total 7.
