An increased flow rate, up to the <br />maximum recommended flow rate of 350 cfs, would also assist in achieving a <br />higher PI so long as water availability, maximum utilization, and impairment of <br />compacts did not prohibit the higher flow rate. <br /> <br />13 <br />
