The <br /> Colorado Water Conservation Board and the Colorado Division of Wildlife are both involved in <br /> vilIious projects that are identified in the. Upper Colorado River Recovery Implementation <br /> Program - Recovery Action Plan (RIPRAP) and the San Juan Recovery Implementation Program <br /> - Work Plan. Colorado's required contribution under the first year is $1,646,000 ($1,477,000 for <br /> the Upper Colorado and $169.000 for the San Juan). Second year funding requirements for <br /> Colorado total $1,613,000 ($1,414,000 for the Colorado and $199,000 for the San Juan). All <br />. activities are fully described in the respective RIPRAP and Work Plan. Both these documents <br />are incorporated by reference and well be provided upon request. Attached is a 2-page summary <br />which outlines the whole financial package. <br /> Costs for all tasks related to this project shall not exceed $1,646.000 from the Native <br /> Species Conservation Trust Fund. <br /> Protect and Manal!:e Preble's Meadow Jumllinl!: Mouse Habitat in Coniunction with the <br /> Habitat Conservation Plans. <br /> The purpose of this project is to preServe and protect important Preble's meadow jumping mouse <br /> (pMJM) habitats through the purchase of options and for completion of the planning process for <br /> in counties where mouse populations have been identified.
