He referred to the status of' specific <br />projects, partioularly in the Colorede :River Basin now under in'V8stigatign <br />by the Bureau, and explained the allocation of federal funds by the <br />Bureau for suoh purposes. Mr. Debler's statements appear in the <br />stenographio report of the proceedings of'the meeting.
