by Hal Simpson for...Proposed Arkansas River Basin Pilot Water Bank Rules.
The motion was seconded by Eric Wilkinson and approved (8-0).
Action: A motion was made by Greg Hoskin to reaffinn support in concept to support

Sr and approved (8-0). .
Action: A motion was made by Caro~ McIntosh tha~aff draft a resolution of
support along with a copy oQatest version of the bill so that the r~ution can
be finalized. As long the Board is in concurrence,fMn staffwouldJ6fward~
resolution of support on behalf of the Board. The motion was seconded by
David Smith and approved (8-0).

Action: HB02-1012 - A motion was made by Greg Hoskin to support Continued
Funding for Native Species and help find ways to find $10 million, but the
Construction Fund money is not available. The motion was seconded by Eric
Wilkinson and approved (8-0).
Action: HB02-1041 - A motion was made by Carolyn McIntosh to support this bill.
The motion was seconded by Keith Catlin and approves!, (8-0J'
Action: SB02-046 - It was reported that Senator Andrews,.'o'rferrcrto wrth~aw this
bill, but this has not occurred. The Board took no position and offered to meet

Action: SB02-156 - A motion was made by Carolyn McIntosh to oppose. The ~otion

Action: HB02-1024 - A motion to support this bill, with the condition that money not

was seconded by David Smith and approved (8-0).
