<br />conditions during operations for later evaluation by others, information on <br />which seed/no seed decisions are based, and information utilized in making <br />avalanche suspension decisions, shall be maintained by the permittee at its <br />offices. <br /> <br />B. A monthly summary report indicating at a minimum the number of weather <br />systems with seeding opportunities during the month, the number of <br />operational days in the month, the specific dates and times and from which <br />generators seeding actually occurred, total run times, rates, and total weight <br />of seeding agent used in the month. <br /> <br />C. An annual report shall be submitted to the Director no later than September <br />1 of each year for the preceding winter's operations. The annual report shall <br />include a complete record of operations, a numerical evaluation of the <br />effectiveness of the project in the target areas, any impacts in the area <br />reasonably expected to be effected and in downwind areas, and any <br />recommended changes in the operating plan. <br /> <br />All such reports shall be public records subject to the provisions and limitations of <br />Part 2 of Article 72 ofTitle 24, CRS. <br /> <br />The monthly report shall be submitted in a timely manner to the following entities: <br /> <br />1) Director, Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />2) Colorado Avalanche Center <br />3) Colorado Department of Transportation, Region 3 <br /> <br />The annual !~port shall be submitted in a timely manner to the above named entities <br />and the following additional entities: <br /> <br />4) Delta County Board of Commissioners <br />5) Mesa County Board of Commissioners <br />6) Gunnison County Board of Commissioners, <br />7) Colorado Division of Wildlife District Office <br />8) Colorado Climate Center, Colorado State University <br />9) Grand Mesa National Forest District Office <br />10) Gunnison National Forest District Office <br /> <br />10. The State reserves the right to examine and audit the daily logs, books, and records <br />of the permitee concerning the project which is the subject of this permit for a <br />period of two years after the termination date of this permit. <br /> <br />11. The permitee shall be responsible for obtaining all permits, licenses, or other <br />approvals, and for filing all notices or reports, required by federal, state, or local <br />laws in addition to this permit. <br /> <br />4 <br />
