<br />1. An application for a Colorado weather modification permit has been properly made
<br />by Lawrence M, Hjermstad, President of Western Weather Consultants, Inc" of
<br />Durango, Colorado,

<br />2, The sponsors of the project are Vail & Beaver Creek Associates, Inc" the Town of
<br />V ail, Colorado, and Beaver Creek Resort Company of Colorado,
<br />
<br />3. The person proposed to be in charge of the project for the sponsors is Lawrence M,
<br />Hjermstad, of Durango, Colorado, who has provided adequate evidence of his
<br />qualifications by professional education and experience to conduct weather
<br />modification operations in the state. [ 9 36-20-112(1 )(g), CRS]

<br />4. The permit application review fee of $100.00 has been paid by Western Weather
<br />Consultants, Inc., by check No. 2442 dated August 3, 1995. [9 36-20-112(1)(b),

<br />5, Proof of financial responsibility has been provided by the applicant by means of
<br />Certificate of Insurance elated November 7, 1995, which evidences that the applicant
<br />is covered by commercial general liability insurance in the aggregate amount of $1
