Abstracts and summaries of the research <br /> <br /> <br />findings are attached indicating those areas of concerns that have been <br /> <br /> <br />incorporated into our proposed operational seeding and suspension criteria. <br /> <br /> <br />The main points, facts and findings of this research has been underscored that <br /> <br />relates to a winter weather modification program. <br />
