Monte Pascoe, Executive Director and Barbara Welles, <br />Director Weather Modification Program, Colorado Department of <br />Natural Resources at 10:00 a.m., Dillon Town Hall, Dillon, <br />Colorado. The proceedings were recorded by electronic recording <br />equipment and are available for review or transcription upon reqtest. <br /> <br />Assisting at the meeting were the following members of the <br />Weather Modification Advisory Committee: <br /> <br />Dr. Hugo A. Ferchau <br />Professor Lewis O. Grant <br />Dr. Barbara Farhar Pilgrim <br />Mr. Jacob A. Hamill <br />Mr. Delmar Nelson <br /> <br />Western Weather Consultants, Inc. herein referred to as the <br />Applicant, was represented by Mr. Lawrence M. Hjermstad, President. <br /> <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Testimony was offered by persons in attendance at said <br /> <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br />1. The Findings of Fact were predicated upon the careful review and <br />consideration of the following: <br /> <br />a. The Application for Permit for Weather Modification <br />Activities, Form WM2, dated August 28, 1981. <br /> <br />b. The statements at the public meeting conducted in <br />Dillon on October 21, .1981. <br /> <br />c. Comments, written and oral, from citizens and entities <br />expressing an interest in this Application. <br /> <br />P age One <br />
