<br />WY 80-3 <br /> <br />DECISION AND PERMIT-Page 5 <br /> <br />The Applicant shall consult with a Research Project Citizen <br />Advisory Committee comprised af the three Routt County Commissioners, a <br />Jackson County Commissioner, a representative of LTVjRDI and an at~large <br />representative. The Routt County Commissioners shall select those repre- <br />sentatives in addition to themselves. Arrangements for this Committee shall <br />be the responsibility of Colorado State University. Minutes of all meetings <br />shall be mailed to the office of Executive Director, Coloradd Department of <br />Natural Resources. <br /> <br />9. The State reserves the right to audit the books and records <br />of the Applicant. Said right to audit shall extend for a period of two <br />years after the termination date of this permit. <br /> <br />10. The Applicant shall forward any additional Proof of Publication <br />of Notice of Intent to modify the weather not presented to the Hearing <br />Officer during the above mentioned heaFing. <br /> <br />11. If any cloud seeding operation is projected to have an impact <br />on the State of Wyoming or the State of Utah, the Applicant shall give full <br />prior notice of such seeding to the Governor's Office of the State of <br />Wyoming or the State of Utah and submit written confirmation of seeding <br />notice to the Executive Director. <br /> <br />12. Except as modified by the TERMS AND CONDITIONS herein, the <br />Applicant shall strictly conform to the operational plan as set forth in his <br />applicatHm. <br /> <br />13.
