Re: Application for Weather Modification License and
Application for Weather Modification Permit

Dear Mr. Stanton:

We enclose herewith the original of the Application for a Weather Modification License
together with exhibits on behalf of Michael John Eggers and the necessary fee.

We further enclose the original and 5 (five) copies of the application for a Weather
Modification Permit on behalf of Southern Colorado Farms, Inc. together with the necessary
fee.

In payment of the necessary fees for each of these applications we enclose Southern
Colorado Farms, Inc. check in the amount of $200.00 coveringeach respective license at
$]00.00 each.

We further enclose a copy of the "Notice ofIntent to Modify Weather", that will be
published in the counties surrounding Saguache County. We enclose copies of the letters
transmitting this notice for publication, both by fax and regular mail on the 4th day of June,
]996.

Pursuant to the requirement in the Legal Notice to have copies of the permit application
available, we have transmitted the extr(l copies to you and maintain extra copies on file here
in our office to satisfy any requests that may be received.
