Financial Responsibility: <br />Attached are documents executed on behalf of insurance or surety companies licensed <br />to do business in the State of Colorado indicating that liability insurance or <br />surety oondst cancelable only after 30 days notice to the Executive Director, <br />evidencing proof of financial responsibility with respect to the proposed project <br />as required by 131-1-12 (1) (d), CRS 1963, as amended. <br /> <br />We have an application pending for liability insurance with a licensed Colorado <br />insurance company.
