<br />A Masters Degree in Atmospheric Science, Meteorology, or a related <br />field and 1 year (12 active months) experience in weather modifica- <br />tion research and/or operations. At least one-half of the experience <br />sha 11 be in wi nter programs. <br /> <br />(2) Demonstrated experience in supervision and direction of <br />subordinates. <br /> <br />(3) Demonstrated ability to perform analyses of meteorological data. <br /> <br />(4) Background and experience in computer processing and <br />programing, preferably in FORTRAN. <br /> <br />The two field technicians shall have the ability to be trained to operate <br />the meteorological instruments and vehicles described in Section C-3 - <br />Scope of Work. <br /> <br />H-2 PAYMENTS <br /> <br />H-2.1 GENERAL <br /> <br />The Bureau will pay to the Contractor, subject to the limitations and <br />conditions set forth in clause No. 1-5.1 of the Contract Clauses and as <br />set forth in the schedule, Contractor's costs actually and properly <br />incurred in its performance in accordance herewith. <br /> <br />H-2.2 REQUEST FOR PAYMENT <br /> <br />The Contractor shall submit vouchers accompanying the monthly progress <br />and final reports specified in subparagraphs F-2.2 and F-2.5 of Section <br />F - Deli veri es or Performance, hereof. The vouchers shall itemi ze all <br />costs, including itemization of subcontractor costs supported by a copy <br />of the subcontractor's invoice incurred in the performance of this <br />contract during the period reported in accordance with FAR Part 31, as <br />amended. See clauses No. 1-5.1 and 1-5.4 of the Contract Clauses <br />entitled "Allowable Cost and Payment" and "Fixed Fee," respectively. <br />The Contractor shall make every effort to take advantage of available <br />discounts when making purchases, and all vouchers submitted shall <br />reflect these credits. <br /> <br />Proposed travel outside the continental limits of the United States <br />requires written approval by the Contracting Officer before payment can <br />be made for such travel. <br /> <br />Upon receipt and approval of the aforesaid reports, the vouchers accom- <br />panyi ng them wi 11 be exami ned by the Contracti ng Offi cer or hi s duly <br />authorized representative and, when approved for payment, the vouchers <br />will be pa i din the amounts so approved.
