<br />" <br /> <br />E-3 ACCEPTANCE REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />All fieldwork and written reports shall conform to the highest pro- <br />fessional standards. <br /> <br />Until the final report is accepted as fulfillment of the contract, any <br />press releases concerning work performed under this contract shall be <br />submitted to the Contracting Officer for concurrence. <br /> <br />The effectiveness of this contract is dependent upon frequent and effec- <br />tive communication between the Bureau of Reclamation and the Contractor. <br />The Contractor shall designate a liaison (see paragraph G-3 of <br />Section G - Contract Administration Data if direct communications are <br />not possible). A Bureau of Reclamation scientist will be designated as <br />the COTR (Contracting Officer's Technical Representative) for the Bureau <br />of Reclamation and Bureau of Reclamation scientists will serve as site <br />directors of the Colorado River Demonstration Augmentation Program. The <br />COTR will provide technical assistance and review as needed. <br /> <br />E-4 ACCEPTANCE (1984)--MANAGEMENT SUPPORT <br /> <br />Unless otherwise specified, acceptance of services under this contract <br />will be made at the destination specified by cognizant U.S. Bureau of <br />Reclamation personnel. <br /> <br />E-2 <br />
