Appllcatlon for Weather Hodlflcatlon Permlt (Form WH2) <br />recelyed 21 August 1985. <br /> <br />b. Statements at the publlc hearlng conducted In Ourango on <br />2 October 1985. <br /> <br />c. Comments from cltlzens lnterested In thls appllcatlon. <br /> <br />d. Comments and recommendatlons by the Weather Hodlflcatlon <br />Advlsory Commlttee. <br /> <br />e. Weather Hodlflcatlon Act of 1972, Artlcle 20, Tltle 36, <br />C.R.S. <br /> <br />f. Weather Hodlflcatlon Rules and Regulatlons dated <br />12 September 1973. <br /> <br />1. The project ls sponsored by the partles llsted In Attachment A. <br /> <br /> <br />2. The project wlll use slx ground generators. <br /> <br />3. The project lntends to augment natural preclpltatlon wlthln the <br />project area to lmprove snowpack and to proylde addltlonal water for <br />storage and beneflclal use. <br /> <br />4. Lawrence H. Hjermstad wlll control the project. Hjermstad holds <br />Colorado Weather Hodlflcatlon Llcense No. 85-3. <br /> <br />5. The permlt fee ls $100 plus 2% of the amount Appllcant ls pald for <br />work conducted under thls permlt. <br /> <br />6. Proof of flnanclal responslblllty (by means of a prepald llablllty <br />lnsurance pollcy for $1,000,000) ls requlred for thls permlt to be <br />effectlye. <br /> <br />7. The Appllcant has met the publlcatlon requlrement of the Weather <br />Hodlflcatlon Act of 1972. <br /> <br />8. The operatlonal plan for the project meets the requlrements of C.R.S. <br />S36-20-112(1)(d) and ls lncorporated lnto these flndlngs by reference. <br />
