Thompson <br />Danny A Risch <br /> <br />PERMIITED PROJECT: <br /> <br />Commercial seeding operation of winter storm clouds <br />from ground based cloud nuclei generators from <br />November 1 through May 31. The target area is <br />described in the 'Terms and Conditions" herein. <br /> <br />PERIOD OF PERMIT: <br /> <br />Final approval is hereby given for operations from <br />November 26, 1992 through May 31, 1993, with <br />conditional approval given for future year's operations <br />from November 1 through May 31 of 1993-94, 1994-95, <br />1995-96, and 1996-97, subject to the permit renewal <br />requirements of section 36-20-114(2), c.R.S., and of the <br />Colorado Weather Modification Rules and Regulations, <br />2 CCR 401-1. This permit shall automatically terminate <br />no later than April 1, 1997. -- <br /> <br />TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br />This permit is limited by and subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. The project must be carried out in conformity with the operational plan <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A <br /> <br />2. The project target area shall be the Willow Creek drainage basin above <br />Willow Creek Reservoir in Grand County, Colorado (see map in Exhibit A). <br />The areas reasonably expected to be affected by the project are those areas <br />above approximately 9,000' M.S.L. inside and immediately adjacent to the <br />target area, as shown on the map in Exhibit A, and the uppermost ridges <br />immediately downwind of the target area. <br />
