Applicant shall participate with the Citizens Advisory Council <br />established by the Oepartment of Natural Resources in accordance with <br />this paragraph. A local Citizen Advisory Council may be selected to <br />periodically review the cloud seeding operat10n and give advice on <br />aspects of the operation over Colorado. <br /> <br />12. The state reserves the right to audit the books and records of <br />the Applicant for a period of two years after the termination of this <br />permH. <br /> <br />13. If any cloud seeding operation is projected to have an impact <br />on a neighboring state, the Applicant shall give full prior notice of <br />such seeding to the Governor's Office of the state and subm1t written <br />confirmation of seeding notice to the Executive Director. <br /> <br />14.
