<br />B. A monthly summary report indicating at a minimum the number of weather systems <br />with seeding opportunities during the month, the number of operational days in the <br />month, the specific dates and times and from which generators seeding actually <br />occurred, total run times, rates, and total weight of seeding agent used in the month. <br /> <br />C. An annual report shall be filed no later than September 1 of each year for the <br />preceding winter's operations. The annual report shall include a complete record <br />of operations, a scientific evaluation of the effectiveness of the project in the target <br />area, any impacts in the area reasonably expected to be effected and in downwind <br />areas, and any recommended changes in the operating plan. <br /> <br />All such reports shall be public records subject to the provisions and limitations of Part 2 <br />of Article 72 ofTitle 24, CRS. <br /> <br />The monthly reports shall be submitted in a timely manner to the following entities: <br /> <br />1) Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District <br />2) Grand County Board of Commissioners <br />3) Director, Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />4) Colorado Avalanche Information Center <br />5) National Park Service, Rocky Mountain National Park <br />6) Robert and Mary Thompson, Rand, Colorado <br /> <br />The annual report shall be submitted in a timely manner to the above named entities and <br />the following additional entities: <br /> <br />7) Colorado Climate j;enter, Colorado State University <br />8) Colorado Division of Wildlife, District Office <br />9) Colorado State Patrol, District Office <br />10) Colorado Department of Transportation, District Office <br />11) Arapahoe National Forest District Office <br />12) Routt National Forest District Office <br />13) Roosevelt National Forest District Office <br />14) U.S. Geological Survey, Principal Investigator, Global Climate Study <br />15) U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Colorado Big Thompson Project Office <br /> <br />11. The permittee shall cooperate and help coordinate collection of snowfall samples and <br />provide supporting meteorological data and information should a federal or state agency <br />or a university's atmospheric science department become interested in a long term research <br />proj ect to further analyze and evaluate the impacts in and outside of the target area, <br />including but not limited to: <br /> <br />4 <br />
