c. A detailed daily log of operations. which includes
the information required by Form WM3. information
on which seed/no seed decisions are based. and
information utilized in making suspension
decisions. shall be maintained by the permittee at
its offices.

d. An annual operational report and an annual project
evaluation shall be filed by December 1 of each
year for the preceding summer's operations. A
final operational report and a preliminary
scientific evaluation of the entire project shall
be filed no later than thirty days after the
completion of the entire project. A final complete
scientific evaluation of the entire project shall
be filed no later than 180 days after the
completion of the entir.e project. All such reports
shall be pUblic records subject to the provisions
and limitations of part 2 of article 72 of title
24. C.R.S.

9. The permittee shall:

a. Notify the Director or his designee by telephone of
the location. time. and rate of seeding each day
seeding occurs in the project target area or on the
next following state business day if seeding occurs
on a non-business day. and

b. Refrain from indiscriminate seeding activities or
overseeding. which may be grounds for revocation of
this permit.

10. The State reserves the right to examine and audit the
daily logs. books. and records of the permittee
concerning the project which is the subject of this
permit for a period of two years after the termination
date of this permit.

11. The permittee shall be responsible for Obtaining all
permits. licenses. or other approvals. and for filing
all notices or reports. required by federal. state. or
local laws in addition to this permit.

12. The total fee for this permit for 1990 shall be $100.
which sum the permittee has already paid.
