Is designed to minimize risk and maXlmlze economic <br />benefits to the residents of the primary target <br />area. <br /> <br />DECISION <br /> <br />In consideration of the requirements of section 36-20-l12, <br />C.R.S,. and the above stated findings, it is hereby determined <br />that a weather modification permit shall be issued to the <br />applicant subject to such terms and conditions as are set forth <br />in the permit. Said permit shall be denominated Permit No. <br />90-3 and shall be for the period from June 15, 1990. through <br />September 15, 1990, with conditional approval given for future <br />year's operations from May 1 through September 15 of 1991. <br />1992, 1993. and 1994, subject to the permit renewal <br />requirements of section 36-20-114(2).
