Factors indicating that the project is designed to minimize risk and maximize <br />scientific gains (in the case of a scientific or research project) or economic <br />benefits (in the case of a commercial project) to the residents of the area in <br />which the operation ~ill be conducted or of the state: <br />SEE ATTAOJED SHEEr <br /> <br />17. Financial Responsibility: <br />Attached are documents executed on behalf of insurance or surety companies licensed <br />to do business in the State of Colorado indicating that liability insurance or <br />surety bonds, cancelable only after 30 days notice to 'the Executive Director, <br />evidencing proof of financial responsibility ~ith respect to the proposed project <br />as required by 151~1-12 (1) (d), CRS 1963, as amended. <br />CIC has requested that its general liability coverage of $1,000,000 be revised to <br />include rem Systems, Inc.; and the State of COlorado as Co-Insured. In addition, <br />we are' negotiating with our insUrance brokers to write a policy with specific <br />weather m::xlification consequential liability coverage. It is anticipated a <br />Certificate of Insurance to this effect will be made available by Noverrber 1, 1977. <br />CSU will also be named Co-Insured. <br />
